Who are we?

ASU AEMB is an invitation-only National Biomedical Engineering Honor Society. We aim to provide opportunities for members to become familiar with the BME industry through company tours, hosting guest speakers, and holding networking events. We highly value the current success of our members and attempt to provide travel/research grants to deserving members. In addition, we participate in community service events to give back to our local community, while building relationships within our club.

 

Chapter Mission:

To bring in a closer union and to mark in an outstanding manner those bioengineers who have manifested a deep interest and marked ability in their chosen life work. 

 

 

History:

Alpha Eta Mu Beta was founded in 1979 by Dr. Daniel Reneau at Louisana Tech University. The Arizona State University Chapter was founded in 1994. AEMB recognizes academic excellence by providing membership in a National Biomedical Engineering Honor Society.
